Coin dealers will offer this extremely rare Perth Mint Coin Show Special at the forthcoming ANDA event in Adelaide.

Struck from 1oz of 99.9% pure silver in proof quality, the coin celebrates the World Heritage listed Tasmanian Wilderness.

Its reverse depicts a Spotted-tailed Quoll, a protected native species found in Tasmania’s cool temperate forests and coastal heathlands.

The coin’s design also features a representation of a waterfall and local flora in colour.

Issued as Australian legal tender, just 2,500 of these coins will be released. Each coin is housed in a presentation case and illustrated shipper featuring the ANDA logo.

The ANDA Adelaide Coin Show takes place on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 October at the Adelaide Festival Centre.
